Special Education Services (SEIT)

A special education teacher promotes a child's areas of strength and develops areas of weakness. This educator helps the child function to their potential in daily activities, such as participation in play groups, nursery/preschool settings and library programs. Areas of focus may include attention development, turn taking skills, basic cognitive skills (matching, colors, shapes, etc...) and fine motor skills (cutting and pre-writing).
