ADHD is a relatively common disorder, affecting students in both general and special education settings. The disorder can have a significant impact on multiple domains of daily life, including educational and social functioning.
This presentation will provide information on the nature, comorbid disorders, adaptive impairments, and etiologies of ADHD as it impacts children and adolescents. An overview of strategies that can be used in classroom and related service settings will be discussed.
